Hi There!
I’m glad you’re here.
I’m Sara—a UX Designer from Dallas, TX, with a background in visual arts, an eye for aesthetics, and a love for solving complex problems through design.
My Design Journey
My path here has been anything but conventional—I started as a tattoo artist while working toward my BFA at Belmont University in Nashville, TN, translating personal stories into meaningful designs.
That experience sharpened my focus on precision, storytelling, and understanding a client’s vision—skills I later brought back to Texas, where I spent a decade as an award-winning art educator before founding my own apparel graphic design business.
That mix of creativity, strategy, and hands-on experience shapes how I approach design today.

Empathy In Action
I thrive on understanding people—uncovering what they need, what excites them, and what frustrates them—so I can design experiences that feel effortless and intuitive.
Every design decision I make is guided by the end user, ensuring that I create products and experiences that not only look beautiful but solve real problems. Whether it’s untangling complex workflows, crafting intuitive interfaces, or structuring information for seamless navigation, I enjoy making digital products feel natural and easy to use.
Forward Thinking
Lately, I’ve been deepening my expertise in AI-integrated design, exploring how emerging technologies can lead to smarter, more adaptive user experiences. I bring a sharp eye for detail, a strategic mindset, and a human-first approach to every project, ensuring that design decisions drive both user satisfaction and business success.
Beyond The Screen
When I’m not designing, you’ll usually find me spending quality time with my sweet rescue pup, Penelope (see her very boopable snoot above), painting and printmaking, or enjoying the beauty of nature. I’m always up for a good book (currently: Supercommunicators & Braiding Sweetgrass) and planning my next adventure.
Some of my favorite travel experiences include celebrating Krampusnacht in Austria, enjoying a traditional coffee ceremony in Ethiopia, watching the sunrise over the Swiss Alps, and hunting for the best street art in NYC & NoLa.

I love collaborating with people who care about design excellence, storytelling, and innovation as much as I do. If you're looking for a creative problem-solver who thrives on tackling complex challenges and turning them into thoughtful, impactful digital products and experiences, let’s connect!
